Claire Desjardins

I met a wonderful artist today. Her name is Claire Desjardins. She was kind and generous enough to have us to her home, studio and gallery. I love all of her work. She is an inspirational person and artist.

We also had the great pleasure of meeting Claire’s mother and father, Pierre and Jane Desjardins, who are also both artists. Her mother is a former dress designer and her father was in the Olympics representing Canada in sailing.

It was an absolute delight to meet this family…a rare gift.
Thank you to you Desjardins Family. I hope you come visit us in California!

If you want to see more of Claire’s work she sells through Anthropolgie, as well, you can find her on Facebook.

Cuba Libre…a painting I very much want.

    • I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting you yet, but those girls of yours have some great genes. Obviously, a very good combo!
